HF 26" Box...what do you think?

Great boxes. Much better than the series one 26”. These work well with the end cabinets for the 44”. If you need some extra space. I was after more drawers for smaller tools at my work bench.

    Graco X-5 Pressure Roller

Those tend to splatter like crazy. Another good option is the Graco JetRoller. It sprays close to you roller so you can essentially backroll instantly. Its frame will accept any 9" roller cover so you can use a cover that won't splatter all over. I like lambs wool myself. This setup is slick...

Rust, Primer, Paint, Body Filler questions

Most Body fillers on the market today are DTM (Direct To Metal) and can be applied to bare metal. Save yourself some money and skip the Epoxy Primer. Be sure and treat that metal once you have removed all the rust. You can coat the area with a rust inhibitor, or convertor. Let that cure, clean...

    drywall primer and paint

Its not necessary to prime prior to texture. Most texture today has resins and other bonding agents to help with adhesion even on dusty drywall surfaces. Always prime after texture.

    Painting new sheetrock

You will need to start with a very flat wall if you want it to look good. A level 5 taping job, with a sanded prep coat will give you that. After that its time to prime. this step will seal your taping job and give the top coatings a nice surface to adhere to. Sand in between every coat. A pole...

RW-7's Garage. (Painter with an RX-7)

Hey ya'all. I thought I would share my garage with everyone. My wife and I move in almost 2 years ago to our wonderful house and I was lucky enough to get a room all to myself. Well with the exception of the clothes washer and dryer. I am a Commercial Painter and tinker with different...

Who has encountered this style of Craftsman ratchet?

Sorry About the HUGE pics. Here is one in my collection. I mostly use it for spark plugs. The thumb wheel on it really helps get the plug threads started in tight spots. I took a profile pic and it does look a little thin and almost seems to have a bit of an angle to it. Handy little fucker...
