Update!... After years (literally) of searching and checking through Google hits and hundreds of Craigslist ads once a month (in hopes that I would find something with a similar color scheme), it turns out that "JSK" was right..! The lift I have is a classic lift made by "Grand Inc" Apparently...
The pads are 4"x4" square with a diamond plate pattern on top and screw in to adjust height.
I was told it was a 7,000 lb lift but am not 100% sure. Upon closer inspection, it looks like the arms might have been spray painted red. Underneath the chipping/rusting red paint I see some parts...
