Try to buy HEPA-carbon fiber piece or HEPA cartridge and work out a form and size that you need. I did that same thing when i lived back in russia and i found out that my vacuum was so old they've stopped to sell filters for it. Or just buy a HEPA vacuum cleaner, i have such one now, forgot...
