They are different, and the Tekton's are better IMO. The 1/2 inch drive Tekton scale is 30 to 300 ft-lbs, 90 vs 72 teeth, the finish is matt, the display is larger, a different shaped module, and easier to read, the overall length is longer and the knurling is much deeper. Definitely different...
