My spring came off the wall and to reattach it (on another spot) was $80, which was the hourly rate. He was done in about 30 minutes and since he was charging for an hour he adjusted and greased the garage door. Did yours break or come off the wall?

Is that really blotchiness or uneven scatter of flakes? Truthfully that's what it looks like. Mine is like that in places as I was not consistent and used different methods/techniques when scattering the flakes.

I just did my garage with Rustoleum. The kit for a two car garage was ~$115, plus I bought extra flakes (6 bags). I did it myself and most of the work is not doing it but getting ready to do it. I didn't buy the gloss coat but I believe one can will do a 2-car garage and it also costs about...
