Thanks for all the input. I read something on here earlier about that particular # F670A being kind of rare? I can't find it now, but I do think that it was from 1963, which would fit the style of 3 that is on the handle. Of course, wouldn't you know mine would be a mutant tool. Oh well... So...

That is what I was trying to determine. Whether it was possible or not. It doesn't look like it's been taken apart but I guess if you know what you're doing, it wouldn't. I did wonder about the number 3 on the space between the Snap on logo and USA, I didn't see anyone else describing that on...

Hi guys! It's my first time here, and I need some help identifying this tool. It's supposed to be a Snap on ratchet, F670A, BUT it isn't. Maybe someone just used the handle and modified it? I noticed that there is the #3 between the USA and Snap on too, if that means anything. I will be looking...
