I finally made it to the nearest welding shop that does 'tricky' stuff. They said they can definitely weld the crack----but since it is so near the bolt that secures the flywheel to the pump shaft by squeezing the hub slightly-- they are concerned that the weld---since it won't flex at all MAY...
