Reviving this thread. What should I look for when purchasing one? I want to wall mount it in the center between my doors and reach about 20 feet out. Garage is 25x35. I won't do anything crazy, just want general clean up.

Randy, hate that they didn't do anything for you. I would suggest a BBB complaint. You don't have to sue anyone, and they may choose to do something about it. I had XM/Sirius jumping through hoops to get the issue I had resolved. If might be worth a shot. Good luck.
