My house is built in the 1940’s and the brick is very unique. We plan to add an addition on to the house and are going to use the brick from the garage for the addition. Also, I will most likely do the demo work myself.

Kaizen, Houses are from 600k to a few million. Foundation will be 5 inch at 3500 psi which will allow for a 4 post lift in the future. Is your garage a similar build?

Not sure. It’s just a 1000 sqft rectangle with a few doors cut in it. I am sure he has built one very similar to this in the past since it is the max size available in most Denver neighborhoods due to zoning code.
