I've always disliked the spring loaded ones, granted it takes awhile to "break in" the non spring type, then you can use them pretty quickly.

I've had the same Snap On Master Series box since 2008. Works great. Only have had to warranty out a few of the lock n roll latches and keys and cylinder lock, which Snap On did no questions asked. I was given a Husky box for Fathers day last year and it should last years in a non shop...
