You may want to consider a good air hammer to beat it out that's what I used on a 79 f350 after about an hour with a 6lb sledge knocked it out like butter than honed it out with a brake hone and beat the new one in with the sledge.

If you want a name brand of roto ratchets you might check thru Mac Tools. They are a 100 tooth ratchet with Mac Lifetime Garantee. Downfall is that they are made in Taiwan Not USA.
