Guess I will wait until Spring to see if any water comes in. Plans did not specify bevels so its on me. Seems fix will be time consuming so another reason to wait. Thanks everyone for their input....

The person who poured my slab did not slope the concrete in front of the 9' garage door openings for water runoff. Any way this can be fixed such as trying to bevel with concrete saw? etc.
