Thanks for the reply Zmann. I saw that one when I was doing some research. The FS lifts they mention are larger in capacity than the Tec 9 (I think). I was referring to the link in bczygan's post above. I can't post links yet - sorry.....

Installing a Tec 9 lift now. Emailed SVI International for some parts and got this reply back. Scott, We do not support repair items for this lift. It was deemed a flawed design and could result in severe injury or death. We cannot recommend that you install or use this lift. I saw the link...
