    Epstein's Day, July 4, 2014

First time ordering from Epstein's but very stoked to participate. Ordered another addition to my growing collection of Facom tools :)

    Vampire scissors

I didn't buy mine from Vampire Tools but bought a pair of the Engineers on impulse when ordering a bunch of other Japanese tools and they are actually quite good. Seems like I use them any time I am working on a project out in the garage, no complaints.

    Whatever happened to TopTul?

Ultimate Garage has some Toptul in stock but other than that I'm not seeing much anymore. Bought a set of offset wrenches a few months back from a place in Canada that has since gone out of business... Got a couple Toptul wobble extensions I like quite a bit and would love to find somewhere I...

Best way to open locked box

Viper will sell you a key for a few bucks but you must have a receipt, invoice or something proving you own the box and fax them a copy along with the number on the lock.

Might be worth checking www.elance.com and see if you can find an interested freelancer that way.

    Show Us Your Tiniest Ratchets!

Not quite as small as some in this thread but here's my Nepros 1/4" and an unbranded 1/4" German one that I picked up in a lot with some Gedore stuff. Both see a lot of use on bikes. 10mm socket for scale :)

    The HEXtension

I've got a couple Toptul 1/4" wobble extensions that are hexagonal at the base but I've not seen them available anywhere since. They've come in handy a few times and I would definitely be interested in 3/8 hex extensions.

    socket storage

Ok, since everyone else is posting photos of their socket storage here's my Westings. I kind of went nuts with the Facom socket labels when I went through a bit of "tool storage OCD" recently but it is convenient.

    socket storage

I'm using the Westling Machine trays.I like them quite a bit but it was a bit of a puzzle getting them all into a drawer in my 26" cabinet.

    Tools of Japan

Just received my very first Ko-ken tool from Frank, a z-series 3/8 ratchet. Arrived very quickly, just a few days. Used it for the first time today when changing brake pads on one of my bikes and I'm totally sold. The quality and feel is bogglingly good considering the price, great deal. I had...

    Tools from the old world

Elora BSW wrenches Scored some older Elora Whitworth wrenches off eBay. Don't know how old they are but they are much nicer than the cheapies I was using before!

    Tools from the old world

Yeah, I posted this over in 'new arrivals' but it belongs here too, heh. Facom 11 in 1 ratcheting wrench. Totally an impulse buy but has a really good feel and has proven very useful. I find myself looking for excuses to use it.

    King **** Tools

Been using their Whitworth offerings for years on my older Triumph and no complaints or issues at all. Good stuff that I expect to outlast me.

    Show your new tool arrivals

Just got one of these Facom 11 in 1 ratcheting 6-point wrenches on a whim while I was ordering some other stuff from Ultimate Garage and its actually really sweet. Very solid feeling, nice smooth ratcheting and proving to be very useful.
