under cabinet lighting

Anybody tell me the name and/or use of this tool? I think it's for bicycles.
You don't need a chain whip to install a cassette. It is actually used to hold the cassette so you can remove the lockring. Then the cassette body will just slide off the splines. It is also used to remove cogs on fixed-gear hubs.
