Well thanks to all of you for pointing the way to my new garage. The old one was disgusting. But a complete cleanout, new wiring, sheetrock, paint, 12 Slide-lok cabinets and 600 sf of Racedeck and it's nearing completion. Now I need to pick up the beer fridge, and maybe a lift. My girlfriend...

I'm at teh same stage, about to put down racedeck. My slide-lok dealer said put the cabinets on the flooring, even with the legs slidelok comes with.

There is a BIG advantage to the lifetime warranty. Costco will take ANYTHING back FOREVER with a receipt. :)

I'm in northern california, so insulation/heater are down on the priority list. Around here garages are all about the "look". So will drop some of the extra $ on storage. What epoxy flooring would you suggest? My mechanic said "get the epoxy with the sand in it". He couldn't remember the name...
