    My 24X40 detached wood framed pole garage is now near complete, I am in Kenmore Washington and my city uses the state of Washington for the electrical inspections. I will be using a 200amp overhead service entrance into a new meter installed on the garage. Washington State follows the 2014...

    Water in the garage - no slab yet

    Hi Igor...So far I have no water in my completed garage. I too installed a interior drain pipe on the inside of the potential leaky wall and over that I placed 20mil vapor barrier and then poured the slab.

    Hello CNGsaves>> There is about a 4"-5" drop from the perforated pipe down to the solid downspout pipe, we have not had any heavy rainfall latley and the water is not backing up into the perforated pipe. Thank you.

    Hello Moto I do have the perferated pipe conected to solid 4" pipe draining away from the garage. The perferated pipe is higher than the solid pipes, so water from the downspout is not going into the retaining wall perferated pipe. Thanks
