    Do Nylocks Walk?

    I do not use any power tools to run them up to snug, I think the friction heats and affects the nylon and makes them less resistant to staying in place once torqued. JMO scrump

    Glueing pins for the headliner. Do you have any of the stick on sound dead mat? Even a small square will make a big difference in the sound. If you had the engine at TDC of the compression stroke before you took out the old one and did not move the crank or cam putting in the new one you...

    That looks like if you were to turn the crank counterclockwise just a couple of degrees it would line up both dots with the centerline of the crank and cam? Or am I seeing it wrong?

    A little crazy but tossing it out there anyway, how about a 26 inch aluminum bike rim blank to start. Fat tire might get you in the ballpark.

    You noticed a few voids that would leak. Are you going to test for leaks prior to capping the lower weld using water on the inside to see if it leaks out and where? Or is there a sealer being applied after?
