For durability, Milwaukee gets my vote. I've dropped Milwaukee tools off of airplane wings (6'+) and no issues.
Dewault is pretty tough too.
Makita is the least expensive but I dropped a driver off a chair seat and the plastic broke internally and was useless after using it about 6 times...
I would go with the highest lift. In this case it's the low profile jacks. A couple of inches doesn't sound like much but sometimes that makes a major difference when trying to access something, especially if you would like to use a creeper. The biggest gripe I've seen with the cheaper jacks is...
