Got mine today. The quality seems okay, but great for the price. I just use sockets occasionally around the house.

Most of the motors that we sell are tri voltage 208-230/460. There are diagrams on the inside of the junction box cover. I'm not an electrician but it sounds like you are asking for a lot of grief with that compressor.

I went to an HD in San Diego this morning and the actual tag on the shelf said $100.03. There was at least one there, but I didn't need it. I was happy with my 5 pack of weenie rollers for a penny.
