I've seen some 15ft but they didn't put enough btu's. The heat load called for 80k and those were around 30k-45k

I prefer radiant to say a hot dawg. We have them at work and it's a nice heat. No fan blowing, dust, etc. Very efficient. It's more of a man cave than garage. I'd keep it around 55 degrees and turn it up when in use on the weekends. The loft is finished space and has a poker table, dart...

Also, I have about 21ft from the loft to the wall. The 75k 2 stage tubes are 20ft plus clearance on each end. Sounds like I would need about 10 inches for the burner box to the loft rail and most likely 18'' from the end wall to vent straight out.
