I'm a guy and prefer to have some confirmation that my car is exactly where I want it to be in the garage. My spacial awareness may not be up to par, so I could use all the help I can get.

I used a couple of these to mark where my tires should go, and park by feel. If you need something more pronounced, you could always stack two on top of each other. I've found it's the easiest way to mark where I should stop without being annoying when working in the garage...

Cabinets looks great. How did you join the boards together? Are there any online guides or resources you used to learn how to build cabinets? I'd like to do something similar.
