Oops I should have been more clear, I have the Enco 163-4700 (not a craftsman). Unless you mean this Enco was sold through sears or is otherwise the same as a Craftsman model?

Have one of these same units in my shop and it looks like the starting cap gave up the ghost... Unfortunately the fluid leaked out and ate away most of the markings on the cap. I can't read the MFD rating at all and the only bit of the model number I can see is "2131". Does anyone have a manual...
