I've bent shorter section (about 10') by filling it with dry sand. Packed it good and plugged both ends. It took some time to get the sand out afterwards, but it worked with a lots of tapping and some wire to help break the compacted sand. In your case the tube is way too long...

Re: The Blue Garage - Bucharest, Romania HA! I completely forgot the "French Wrench" even existed. Never seen one here in the US. Last time I've seen one was about 20 years ago in my grandpa's shop. That and some other tools I've never seen since.... Maybe I can still find them when I go back...
