Subscribed! Looks like a fun project. For my monitor barn, I went with the largest door I could fit at 16' wide and 14' tall. Bigger is better for getting trailers in and out or using the tractor lift to move stuff in and out without worrying about hitting the door.

I also have this project up next: '54 IH longbed slammed on a '90 extra-cab dakota. I like this one because the 90 dakota bolt pattern is 5 x 4-1/2", same as '54 IH, so I can use IH wheels. And dropped spindles are available for the 90 dakota. The patina on this '54 IH is killer. I'll...

Got the other door rail up so I can open and shut the big doors. Some adjustments will be needed to get the doors to hang straight and close with no gap. But good enough for now...time to get back on the siding.
