May be a dumb question, but did they pull the speed limiter in your tune...seems really coincidental that both runs were almost exactly 105mph, which I think is where a stock f150 hits the speed limiter.
And the new full size Transit Van uses a 9-3/4 with a 68.6" rear track width.

you might even be able to just have your housing narrowed to 68.6", and buy some Transit axles to stick in it.
Completely understand your reasons...but just to clarify, there was both a manual telescoping, and power telescoping column available in 2011 on the higher end trucks. Also, to make it start, you would just need to swap the key cylinder / Switch assembly to the new column. All the electronics...
For the steering column, I don't think you could get it with the column shifter like you have, but you might look at swapping in a telescoping column from another 2011 to get a few inches back...not sure how much it would give over the fixed column, and it would require a floor shift console...
