City water is going to give you 65psi max most of the time (if it's a well you have to look at the tank setting). As with anything it could take more to fill it the first time. If it were me...turn on the water and look for leaks.

Good use of the space you have! I have a carport somewhat like that and when it gets foggy out dew builds up on the inside and gets everthing wet (mine is open on all sides). Does that happen with you? Wouldn't mind keeping mine but kind of a pain.

You should check your set back from the lot line before you build. Here in Calif you have to be 5' away (in most case's) even with a shed.

See what happens when you start to paint. In the pictures I see "stuff" for fishing and....beer!.....life is good!

I have a lot of road signs, car plates and other metal signs but this one is the most talked about. I got it when I was deployed in 05. Climbed the power pole to get it, little dumb on my part, could have been shot! But it was a "got to have" for me!
