There is a vapor barrier on the building. Not worried about moisture even up here in Southern MI. Whatever route you go sounds like you know what to do - insulate as best as possible.

Yeah, getting quotes now. Interesting to see the contractors think people are just dumb. Some of the quotes have been 'interesting' to review.
