I think that Aresco would be willing to do the lift installation, but I'm not sure they would do the concrete/electrical. They may have a recommendation for someone though, it doesn't hurt to try giving them a call and see what they say.

We just got back from vacation and one place we visited was Amsterdam which must be the home of the Canta. I saw a ton of them there including one taking up the entire bike lane by driving down it :)
