Any idea what a Starting price may be for this? Anyone interested?

I know this vise is worth something no matter how rusty it is. It works very well no matter how it looks and I would never just give it away. It is worth more as scrap then giving it away for free.

I live in Southwick, MA. Is this a good area to sell this vise?

I have a Chas Parker 995 vise. It is rusty and hard to read the names and numbers on the side. The crank handle is also rusted, but with a little jiggling, it does move from end to end through the crank. The vise does open and close all the way but it does tend to be a little hard to crank in...
