    I found this interesting set of Bär brand offset needle nose that were made in West Germany at a local thrift store. I couldn't find much information about the company, but they feel well made.

    I recently acquired a Craftsman 6" vise model 391-5193 manufactured by Eron in Japan. I was not aware that Eron manufactured vises for Craftsman nor could I find any information regarding this, but this might shed some light on who their Japanese manufacturer was.

    Thank you, @va.grouseman. I'm not planning on using it. After buying it for $35, I went online and saw where one had sold for ~$400 dollars. I'm keeping it unused as an antique investment. :) Thank you @MayerMR for fixing the issue. I'm not sure what's going on with my links. :)
