I have 2 Chamberlain belt drives. Very happy with them. Or garage ia detached from the house by about 30 feet but still close enough to hook up to the wifi. The app is very nice to have. You can open doors from it, and it tells you the history of the doors opening
Mold is a living organism. It needs food, water and air to survive. From what you have typed I see the water and air, but where is the food coming from? Sheetrock paper is a good food source now that standard sheetrock paper isn't treated. Wood can be a source. But painted metal?? Have you tried...
Those talking about PVC pipe for dryer vents. It's not a good idea. It tends to create static electricity and can clog extremely quickly. I believe PVC has a lower operating temperature as well, but the clogging is the biggest issue.
We have the best luck with smooth metal ducting.
Air humidity level of 60% or more is favorable to mold. We have a dehumidifier in our basement that I set at 45% to give me some cushion. You need air movement too. Having items against organic material (wood, sheet of paper, etc) is asking for mold.
Get a dehu and have it set at 45 or 50% and...
I have a couple washing machines hoses that I cut in half for short garden hoses when filling things. I slip one of those in between the two buckets and it separates them.
Have a helper hold the siding up and shim the next piece out a little. Then you can angle the nail in a way that will let you hide the head behind the piece above it. Just don't pull the upper piece out so much that it won't lay flat again. You will probably ly have to finish the nailing with a...
If you have mold today, I don't think winter has anything to do with it. It's likely the humid summer air, combined with no air flow since the heater obviously isn't running. You have a sealed box, with humid air, and no air flow
I have several Dymo's at work. For office tasks we use the cheaper paper tape. For tasks in the shop we use the vinyl tape, it holds up to shop use very well.
Don't be afraid of the new ones, they work very well. Easy to use. Tape holds up well.
I buy the 41% and use 2 ounces per gallon of water and it works great. I just did a reapplication at the lake today and the stuff we sprayed 10 days ago was dead.
I used the por15 fuel tank stuff and it worked great. My tank was crusty, the fuel gauge sending unit looked it had been at the bottom of the ocean for 200 years. Of course I had to replace the sending unit, but the tank is working great. Haven't even had to replace the fuel filter sink I...
