    The VINTAGE toolboxes of Garage Journal!

    A couple Craigslist finds, the first is a Huot early to mid 60's combo, the intermediate chest is actually a base unit without the casters. Belonged to a jeweler. The other is an older Sears/Craftsman box that I couldn't resist. If anyone has any information on the Huot combo, I'm all ears.

    Thanks! I can definately see that as being a problem. These toolboxes are built like tanks, but the slides seem like they could be a little "finicky". I'm planning to clean and lubricate all the slides before I load them up with any tools.
