Get a 3/8 socket with 1/4 allen key, then pull the allen out. If you get a decent one it will have a grub screw that you can use to hold in the new bits. I have a MAC tools set I use for this, my craftsman ones don't have the grub screw.

Thanks guys. It's been a long time coming and was a craiglist special. Reorganizing the tools is a royal pain in the ***, but at least I've got everything out of the cabinets and into the toolbox now, but it's already close to full.:(
