    Advice on a BP Milling Machine

    M heads are also lacking low end speed required for some reaming operations (if you think thats an issue you may run into?). If its cheap enough the head alone is worth it.

    If the OP can draw them up in cad, they could be done on a water jet for a minimal investment...Small splines on the lower right may be an issue.

    I used plastic tubing caps like this from Mcmaster I made a separate set for holding long material and a third to convert the truck into a dump hauler.
