Hiball, Seated the speedy adjustment and it works! I was hesitant to seat it initially, read that it would rupture orings or the speedy lift tube. Maybe thats with a load? I backed it off til it didn't work and tightened it about 1/2 round and it works good... That fixed it. Thanks to this...

Nothing from the speed side regardless of setting, I haven't seated it completely.. The middle is seated all the way down. I'll completely seat the speed side and see what happens.

Hiball, I checked the speedy lift adjustment, there is a 5/32 ball, a 15/64 ball, ball seat that goes in spring, spring, and adjustment srew that goes in spring. The bore and seat where the balls go looks clean and smooth. I had taken the jack back apart, the orings, backup washer, speedy...

Makes sense Hiball, I'll ck for the lower ball... Overlaod is set 1 3/4 turns from seat. Thanks for your help!

Thanks Hiball, you are taking about the speedy lift adjustment having 2 balls? If so I'll double check.
