Just watch where the tires are here in the first few months. Mine never lifted at all, but some tires left a mark that is like a yellow stain, it only happened with some tires and the problem was only when it was new, there is no problem now.

I used armorcoat on this floor about 5 yrs ago. It was alot of work but it has held up well.

There are alot of 5th wheels that are over 12ft tall also. I agree with the others before me, 12ft wide x 14ft tall.
