Not relying on but trying to do this building efficiently. IF I could get a HELOC or financing for a lower interest rate 3-4% then why use cash. It would serve me better in the market at that point. Yep that's the ones I was referring too, and I had them in my cart almost $500 in lights and I didn't want to drop it at that time. picked up a project car for a steal instead. should have bought the lights too dangit.
