just me but being in Michigan and using it as a gym also, I'd have ripped the slab out entirely and put down insulation below and on the sides. What is your heat source going to be? Electric? What is your wall sections looking like? Thanks for sharing your project!

I got same doors at my place up here in NE Ohio. Def get the doors with a little glass in them. The small amount of glass, insulated or not, won't make a big difference
