    There was a 450,000 house that the guy installed his boiler in the garage. He built a room around it and raised the boiler 10 inches to keep gas fumes from igniting. But he forgot to read the part where he should not store flammables near the boiler. He stored his cans of paint on a shelf...

    90 percent efficient furnaces are not designed to operate below 30 degrees inside temperatures. The manufacturers do not recommend installing these in Cottages for intermittent use or garages where they will start at temps below 30.

    read your manual- Most control boards are like computers - they do not take well to voltage spikes when a compressor in your garage refrigerator comes on or a skill saw starting. Just sayin.
