It is confusing. I just spoke to Justin and Tier 2 gets you TWO Evo flashlights and the penlight. So it is an even better deal. He is working with kickstarter to fix that.

After messing around with a bunch of mainstream brands, I moved upmarket to a Festool. Been absolutely bulletproof for five years and has class leading suction.
i wonder if the Torque Test channels on YouTube should test both sets and see how the metals hold up. If they perform the same then that would be a good indication.
