Nice. I've been getting quotes to do the same over here in my little workshop in Greenville. What kind of units did you decide to get, and what company did you end up using?

are you putting any kind of HVAC in there? I've been considering the addition of a mini-split system to my shop, and wondered if you've gotten HVAC quotes from any local guys. I think I can get a DIY-install mini-split for about $1200, but I'm sure a pro install would be a lot more.

I guess it is the same everywhere. Seems impossible these days to find good tradespeople who will show up on time and do what they promised. Your shop looks great. Very neat.
