The wall were drywalled because it was a fire code. any wall less the 3ft away from property line need fire rated walls. I would do the epoxy floor before doing anything else as its alot easier to clean any mess off epoxy then letting it soak into a un-epoxy floor
Once you laydown the epoxy and backroll when the product is drying there i air/gas that the slab will try to exhaust and with the epoxy on top all it does is create air bubbles on the surface, i had a big leafblower that i used to break bubbles.
Get the spiked shoes they will come in handy...

Well i just recently epoxy my floor and now the task of finishing it and running the electrical. I only have a 15amp 110v line running to the garage now.

This might not work if the pressure on between the wheel and floor is higher then the tolerance of the rubber tube it will cut/slice the first time you try to jack your car or anything heavy up.

I will have a hid-a-way type of stairs for that attic spacing so that it can be lifted when not in used will using a power winch type setup to have the stairs lowered and raised out of the way.

Yes with the cross tie out and 7/12 pitch you can life a vehicle to about 8ft high if the lift is postition right in the middle of the gable roof. I have seen it done in the same setup.
