When i went to use this torque wrench tonight the lcd display showed ucal. just in case i changed the batteries with no difference in the reading. It's probably 4-5 years old. there's nothing in the manual about this display. nor is there anything about calibrating the tool.

i think mine was a 1/3 sheet straight line pad sander. I used to sand and paint the stuff my dad built. i seem to recall that it was all metal and probably from sears. weighed about a ton and a half. After the sander came a 1/4 drill motor. the drill was binary, it had 2 speeds full on and off...

i'd suggest cutting it face down if you have to use a circular saw. put some masking tape over the cut line and saw it with a sharp blade. The theory is that you want to cut it with the teeth going into the material.

I've seen a lot of info about the hd-9 4post but nary a thing on their PL7 2 post parking lift. I'm trying to decide which one to buy. Either one will be used for vehicle storage only. I kinda like the 2 post aspect of the PL7 but don't know anything about it. Anyone here use or have a PL7...
