My local lift installer has suggested Forward lifts. Chinese made but meets all american safety standards, its what they install in most home garage's that dont see the 24/7 use that a professional shop would. Not as cheap as full blown chinese lifts but your safety is worth something.
I got my floor poured last fall and then filled it full of ****, wish i have done a coating before but it was in the fall and it was to cold to put a sealer on. Now i get the joy of moving everything around.

if the fasteners are install correctly they will last an easy 20 years if not more, and then if they do its pretty simple to pull them out and put a new one right back in the same spot, and easy afternoon worth of work even for a very large roof
