I found the set for sale on Offerup here in Phoenix Arizona about 5 years ago. I quickly purchased it shortly after I saw the listing and I didn't even try to negotiate with the seller to get it for less than asking price. It was listed for $8 and I had to drive about 9 miles from my residence...

It is considered a hex bit set. I know there's missing pieces as the smaller sockets are 3/8's drive. The breaker is 1/2" Drive along with the other sockets that aren't 3/8's.
