I will second Wyze camera's. I have three, two of which sit outside. They are not made for outside, but a $15 cover from Amazon and they've been great. Motion activated and stored on their cloud for free. Only $25 per camera!

Have an old iphone of android? Get the Presence app. Its free and turns on with motion, no indicator light, sends the video to your email, and will alarm you when the camera is activated.

Check out the Chromecast Audio. Better than Bluetooth because it stays connected as long as your smartphone stays on your wifi. $35 Google rocks!
