It is really hard to measure the CFM of a ceiling fan. There is alot of induced airflow from ceiling fans. When I was looking at fans I evaluated air turnover of the space. The fans I have, theoretically, will turnover all the air in tehe space 2x per min. I would rather turn down the fans...
You will definitely need them for heating. I have 2 minisplits in my 30x60x14 and the heat just sits at the ceiling. You will need the fans to help distribute the air.
I have a 30x60x14 shop that I built last year. I installed two of these in the 60" versions.

They move quite a lot of air, but are a little noisy on high. You can get a speed controller and I keep them at around 50%...

I used 6. I did not put any over my front garage doors and I regret this. I wish I would have put 2 in this area and put them...
The last major step before spring was to get organized and some of my tools laid out. This involved getting a miter saw station set up, workbench, dust collection running and an outfeed table arranged.
We also took some time to get the garden tilled and a fence put up.
When it come to warranty I will just have to deal with whatever issues come up.
The condenser comes precharged for the line set length that is provided.
I ordered the units through Amazon.

The doors are 12'x12'
My trailer is not 11'2" high. The shelf is 10' high. I think the highest point on my trailer is just over 10'
I would sure think most pull behinds would fit in a 12' door, but I do not know for sure.
I have a 30x60x 14. I put in two 18k Pioneer split systems. I too have R-19 in the walls and around R-40 in the ceiling.
I installed the two split systems myself. I have less than 3k into it.
I have only run through a heating season, but I do not see having a problem in the summer here in...
The next step was a massive endeavor. I put up all the 1/2" osb, built a 4' deep shelf along the back and trimed out the windows. This took 3 weekends to completed.
