Here is a Hollands "15" I found on CL. The seller lived in an apartment and didn't know what to do with it. At $60 I knew what to do with it! :)

Found this Parker 204 recently. Just finished the tear down, clean, and paint. Gotta love it when they still have the wrench! From a cabinet makers shop. Besides being caked with sawdust it has no huge hammer blows or grinder/file marks on the jaws.

They are spacers...filling a gap. It would still be solid without them, but they needed to be there, otherwise when looking directly from the side it would look like the top plate wasn't supported at the edges.
