I'm on the hunt for a used set of taller Ohlins shocks for my old GS if you come across any. Seems that the shocks made for the GSA would be a good choice.
No moisture issues that I've noticed.
Subframe: bent
Exhaust: bent and hitting the rear spring
Rear shock: a bit leaky
Solution: pull fender off, use a giant steel digging bar to kinda straighten it up, ignore the leaky shock for now
